Information you choose to share

When you use the contact form, this site processes the name, email, optional phone number, church or organization, reason for contact, optional event date, and message you provide so the ministry team can respond. Please do not include confidential pastoral, medical, financial, or other sensitive information in this form.

Contact delivery and security

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent spam and Cloudflare Email Service to deliver messages to the ministry inbox. Cloudflare processes the information necessary to provide these services. Messages are retained in the ministry’s Google Workspace email system according to its administrative retention settings.

Website hosting

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Hosting providers may process connection details such as IP address, browser information, request timing, and security signals to operate and protect a website.

Messages and social links

The featured sermon is delivered directly through this website’s Cloudflare hosting. When the official YouTube channel is connected, the site may display YouTube video titles and thumbnails; loading those thumbnails sends a request to Google’s image servers. Social media links lead to the respective platforms and their privacy policies.

Analytics

Analytics are currently disabled. The site is prepared for optional Cloudflare Web Analytics. If enabled, it will collect aggregated website usage and performance information without advertising cookies. This site does not include advertising trackers.

Use the contact form to request access to or deletion of information you have shared, subject to applicable obligations. This policy will be updated when the site’s services or practices change.
